SimkissGuy Recruitment, a multi award-winning Midlands-based recruitment consultancy, has continued to experience strong commercial growth in 2022, with key appointments cementing the success of its recently formed specialist divisions. With the first financial quarter of the year putting its commercial growth on par with its pre-pandemic performance, the independent firm is confident that upwards trajectory will continue throughout 2022 and beyond.
Since expanding its core services to form new specialist divisions within the past 12 months – focusing on the non-clinical healthcare and hospitality sectors, alongside continuing to provide bespoke solutions within the commercial office support and graduate sectors – the firm has further established its reputation as one of the Midlands’ leading recruitment specialists.
Commenting on the firm’s growth plans for 2022, Rebecca Simkiss, Managing Director, said:

With more than 40 years of combined experience between them, SimkissGuy was co-founded by Rebecca Simkiss and Richard Guy in 2013 and has gone from strength to strength since its inception. After Sarah Barnsley joined the team to head up its Commercial Division at the beginning of the year, SimkissGuy are now expecting to grow its team by 50% within the next six months to support its current rate of expansion.
