Recruitment and the New World of Work – An Insight into the 2020 Market

Following on from our established and successful working partnership with Aston Business School and always keen to continue to support with initiatives designed to assist students with our employment and recruitment market insight, recently SimkissGuy’s Joint-Managing Director, Rebecca, was invited to deliver a specialist online lecture to MBA Students and University Alumni.
She was joined by over 200 students located all across the globe, sharing her expertise and recent experiences regarding changes in the day-to-day operations of the recruitment sector during the pandemic, notable changes and trends which have emerged within the market and opportunities for job seekers in the near future, as well as providing specialist CV and interview advice for students looking to secure unemployment during these unprecedented times.
This was followed by an engaging Q&A session, where students were encouraged to ask Rebecca about the current sector, changes to the recruitment process as prospective candidates and enquire about any ‘top tips’ to secure positions in the not-so-distant future.
