We have a unique opportunity for a Head of Operations to join a fast-developing and highly ambitious global business as it continues its expansion, offering 100% remote working.
As the Head of Operations, you will be working closely with the Group CEO, taking responsibility for overseeing and leading the overall operational performance of the business in line with strategic objectives, driving expansion and collaborating with stakeholders and partners in offices across the UK, Dubai and the Philippines to ensure that the business is streamlined and high-performing, whilst ensuring a client centric approach.
In this fast-paced and challenging Operations position, you will oversee the day to day running of the global Operations department, reviewing, critiquing and improving current processes, collaborating with your team to drive delivery and ensure success. Monitoring P&L reports across the business you will look for ways to boost efficiency, critiquing operational demands and reporting your findings to the CEO, developing long-term operational plans that align with company objectives and budgetary constraints.
This Head of Operations role will also require you to oversee all external suppliers for the business, reviewing contracts and holding contractors and agencies to account. You will be a key point of contact for the company’s many landlords and clients, so strong relationship building skills will be key, as will the ability to communicate effectively with all members of the senior leadership team. A natural leader, with real gravitas, the ability to work autonomously, outstanding stakeholder management experience and strong communication skills, you will be comfortable presenting and liaising with internal and external stakeholders, taking accountability for all budgetary control, management and financial planning related to operations.
This role is extremely fast-paced and diverse, so the ability to see the bigger business picture along with always having a close eye on the detail required to ensure success across multiple business streams is extremely important. You will be a proven leader in a similar role with demonstrable success and a collaborative approach, with experience of driving excellent performance in a business where you have a global remit and multiple reporting lines. You will be from the Property or Hospitality sector, with exceptional people and stakeholder engagement skills, along with fantastic communication and confidence to drive and develop strong performance and working relationships with partners and teams across the business.
