As a Sales Support Administrator, you will be playing a crucial role within this growing company, working to support the Sales Account Management team with day-to-day administrative tasks and ensuring they have consistent and dedicated support. On a daily basis you will be liaising with clients, Operations and Commercial teams as well as internal Account Managers and Business Development Executives, ensuring the timely delivery of quoting and tender information, so fantastic communication skills are absolutely essential. Logging and tracking key tender information on the internal CRM system, you will ensure the accuracy of data, working with precision to ensure all deadlines and KPIs are achieved.
Responsible for maintaining the smooth running of administrative processes on behalf of the Sales team, you will handle incoming telephone calls and emails from clients, managing questions and queries to the best of your ability and referring to internal Account Managers as needed. Regularly reviewing tender data, you will be forward-thinking and have the initiative to question irregularities or anomalies, creating reports and flagging for review as needed.
Being of graduate calibre, you will ideally have a year’s worth of experience in a similar Sales Support role and be comfortable working with high volumes of data in a fast-paced commercial environment. You will have excellent attention to detail, great general IT skills and fantastic interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop strong working relationships.
