We have an exciting and exclusive opportunity for a Senior Customer Support Executive to join this multi-award-winning education provider, working from lovely open-plan South Birmingham offices.
In this varied and fast-paced position, you will be tasked with overseeing the company’s customer support offering across all channels, including online, telephone and email. Joining a company that puts the customer experience above all else, you will live and breathe the organisations extremely high ambitions for their customers, monitoring all external customer support functions and constantly looking for ways to improve processes and procedures. Working closely with the dedicated Customer Support team, you will offer advice and guidance with any questions they may have, including personally handling any serious or sensitive complaints or issues.
In this key appointment for the company, you will also work collaboratively with the Senior Leadership Team and the Marketing department, making sure that internal communications are delivered clearly. Attending monthly management meetings, you will report on the effectiveness of new customer support campaigns, monitoring service levels against set KPIs and SLAs. Alongside all Customer Support related activity, you will also have the room to grow and develop this role and really make it your own, getting involved in additional administrative and office management tasks as you progress with the company.
In order to succeed in this exciting Senior Customer Support Executive role, you will have a genuine passion for customer service, a warm and engaging demeanour and be able to offer advice, support and encouragement to an enthusiastic team. Ideally you will have a couple of years of dedicated customer-facing experience, though this organisation will provide full training and always prioritise personality and a positive attitude over all else.
