“Business Must Go On! ” – Harry

The leaves have fallen, and there’s a cold breeze in the air as we say goodbye to the last of the autumn sunshine and prepare to welcome winter, but business must go on!
Still being new to the working world, I must say it’s the first time I have experienced rarely seeing daylight apart from through the window, but I suppose its all part of working life!
Back in the summer I thought, as the year draws to a close, business would slow down – with everyone perhaps changing the focus from recruitment to Christmas party planning and secret Santa presents.
How wrong I was! With the Colmore Business District and indeed the city region in full festive flow, there is a real desire amongst our clients to ensure that they are ready to hit the ground running in 2016. New team members need to be recruited, resulting in a manic last few months of the year for SimkissGuy.
So there may be an upbeat tone in the office as we embrace the Christmas playlist and enjoy trips to the Christmas
Market for lunch – but the team is determined to finish the year on a high.
As we approach the end of the year, we have the same momentum as always. It’s great to be a part of.
