Whilst first and foremost a Recruitment Consultancy, at SimkissGuy we have always believed in the power of collaboration and actively encourage the formation of new business relationships across sectors. This led to the launch of our first networking venture, The Colmore Curry Club, in April 2013, the success of which led to the development of a portfolio of much-loved events spanning Birmingham and further afield.
We have always appreciated that your time is valuable and think that the best networking comes from the opportunity to develop business relationships in a relaxed, friendly setting, with some good food and drink of course! Always looking to bring something different to the table, we spent the time to make sure each event was unique and with clear purpose, leading to an incredibly loyal following of attendees, so understand why we’ve received so many messages and calls asking when we will be resuming our event schedule.
Since our first event in 2013 and particularly in the last 12-18 months, we have seen an incredible increase in the amount of networking events across the city and whilst great that there are now opportunities to connect aplenty, we know that for many this has led to event fatigue, with options for weekly breakfast, lunch and post-work events being a bit of a minefield to navigate!
We would never want to dilute the quality of our service offering and so are taking a little break while we evaluate where we can once again add value amongst the crowd, but we will make sure that you will be first to hear of our next venture.
