Friday the 5th and Saturday the 6th of July sees the return of the famous Colmore Food Festival. Taking place in the iconic Victoria Square, make sure you head on down and enjoy a small taste of what the fantastic local vendors in the Colmore Business District have to offer.
With food capped at £4 and drinks at £5, the event sets out to display the quality of local businesses as well as aiming to shine a spotlight on some of the up and coming establishments without breaking the bank. Free for everyone to attend, the Colmore Food Festival is a must for anyone looking for outstanding food and drink with a great atmosphere, on what is sure to be a gloriously sunny weekend.
With nearly 30 vendors attending the festival there will be something for everyone – Chung Ying Central will be there serving some of the best modern Chinese food the city has to offer, alongside other festival mainstays Gaucho and Purnell’s. If you’re not in the mood for food, they’ll be a wide array of drinks served throughout the festival – Loki Wine will be serving up a variety of delicious wines from around the world, or if you’re looking for something a little stronger then the amazing team over at the Alchemist will be around for the whole weekend.
With live entertainment and street performers present throughout the weekend, it’s sure to be a fantastic weekend topped off with some beautiful weather. Affordable and fun for the whole family the Colmore Food Festival is a must this summer!
