7 Day Countdown To The Curry King of Birmingham

On Friday 14th October, crowds will gather for the debut The Curry King of Birmingham. This unique black tie event will be held at the ICC with every penny being donated to LoveBrum.
LoveBrum, as a charity for charities, support small projects across the Birmingham region and try and supply them with as much funding as possible. They support the more ‘hard to reach’ projects that do not get the platform to express their causes.
All guests will be responsible for constructing their very own curry dish with their table, with each member of the team having an assigned a task to complete in order to make the best meal possible. Once all the components have been put together a professional chef will then put the finishing touches to the dish.
A panel of judges, consisting of local chefs, food bloggers and critics, with judge the taste, aroma and appearance of all curries. The winning team will be named the Curry Kings and Queens of Birmingham, and also be given the honour of having the winning recipe feature on a local curry house menu for 12 months!
In addition to this there will be a luxurious champagne reception, a 3 course banquet, live music, a silent auction and even an after party for some of the more lively guests! With such a fantastic itinerary and a great cause behind the event, The Curry King of Birmingham is truly an unmissable event.
